A linked list stores each value in a node that points to the next one. Inserting at the front takes constant time, which arrays can't do without shifting every element.

Build it once

Build a lesson once and every group gets it. Add extras or dates for one group when you need to.

Mark faster

Work through one marking queue with rubrics and inline comments, then release marks when you are ready.

Catch who is behind

See each group and each student at a glance, without building a single report.

What staff, students and the office each get

For lecturers and teachers

Write lessons, set work for a whole class, one group or a few students, and mark it all in one queue. Co-teachers see only their own groups.

Built around the people in your classrooms

One home for every class this term, and what is due next across all of them.

Student

or Learner

Lessons, assignments and quizzes I build once and reuse next year.

Lecturer

or Teacher

I see and mark only my own groups, and comment without overwriting.

Co-lecturer

or Co-teacher

Help with my groups as an assistant or grader, with only the access that role allows.

Teaching assistant

or Tutor

Give each lecturer their groups, so everyone sees and marks only their own students.

Head of department

or Head of subject

Set up terms and groups, enrol students in bulk and roll classes forward.

Administrator

or Academic office

Sits alongside the systems you already run

Built for East Africa. Phones, patchy data and the way you teach.

Ready for schools next

Parent accountsConsent and media rulesComing for schools

Parents and protections for minors arrive with our schools release.

Generic platforms assume one teacher, one class. Yours doesn't work that way.

One unit, 600 students, four groups

A generic course page puts everyone in one list. Day and evening groups get each other's dates and announcements.

Groups are built in. Share material across them, and set dates or extras for one group only.

Several lecturers on one unit

Everyone sees every script, so co-lecturers wade through students who aren't theirs.

Each lecturer sees and marks only their own groups. A coordinator can still see them all.

Students on phones and paid data

Heavy pages and lost quiz attempts on a dropped connection.

Phone-first pages, light on data, and quizzes that save each answer and resume.

✦ DarasaCloud Plus

AI that drafts. You decide.

An optional upgrade for the whole institution. Everything on this page works without it; Plus adds a ✦ shortcut next to the manual step it speeds up.

For staff

  • ✦Quiz questions from a lesson, a document or a link
  • ✦A first draft of a unit from your course outline
  • ✦Rubric drafts and suggested marks you confirm
  • ✦Ask AI to rewrite or simplify text in the editor

For students

  • ✦A lesson assistant that answers from the class material
  • ✦Explain my wrong answer, another way
  • ✦Practice questions and a study plan

The rules

  • A person confirms. AI never publishes, posts or records a mark by itself.
  • Answers come from your class material, and switch off during quizzes and exams.
  • Your institution turns each feature on or off, per role and per class.

Two plans, priced for your institution

We quote per institution. Tell us how many students and staff you have and we will send a quote.

DarasaCloud

Everything you need to teach, learn and run classes online.

Ask for a quote

  • Lessons, assignments, quizzes and discussions
  • Groups, co-teaching and staff roles
  • Marking with rubrics, reports and CSV export
  • Admin console, bulk enrolment and roll-over
  • Your own wording: Lecturer or Teacher, Semester or Term

Security your IT team can sign off

People see only what is theirs

Staff see their own groups, students their own work. Access is checked on the server, not just hidden in the app.

Roles you control

Lead, co-lecturer, assistant and grader each get exactly the access their role needs, set per class.

Your data stays yours

Export progress, results and marks as CSV whenever you need them.

Terms on request

Ask us for hosting, backup and data-processing terms for your IT and legal teams.

Bring your classes online

Tell us how your institution is organised. We will set up a demo to match.
